We may levy a fee on making a payment via NoBroker Pay. The fee is mentioned on the payment page and included in the total payment when you are about to make the payment.
How do I make my Tuition fee payment on NoBroker Pay?

The first time you use NoBroker Pay you will need to enter basic details such as – Tutor’s account details, monthly tuition amount and PAN. These details are needed only ONCE, thereafter, you can make payments by just choosing your preferred mode of payment.
How do I earn cashback/ rewards with NoBroker Pay?

When you make a Tuition fee payment on NoBroker Pay with a credit/debit card, you earn reward points, cashback or air miles on your transaction. If you don’t know how much you can earn, contact your bank, they will assist you as it depends on the card you have.
How does NoBroker pay my Tutor?

When you submit your Tutor’s bank details on NoBroker Pay and make your payment, we verify these details and transfer the Tuition fee amount directly to your Tutor’s bank account. Please note that transfer may take up to 2 working days to reflect in your Tutor’s’s bank account.
I had made a payment but my transaction was put on hold, what to do now?

Our systems verify every payment using proprietary algorithms and put the transaction on hold if it does not look like a genuine transfer from sender to Tutor. In such cases, you need to check whether your tutor completed the onboarding or not, or wait for 48 hrs since our team will verify the details & process your payment accordingly.
What is Tutor’s Onboarding?

Tutor’s Onboarding is a mandatory step for the settlement of your tuition fees in the tutor’s bank account. Once you make payment successfully, we send an onboarding link via SMS/whatsapp to your Tutor’s provided Mobile No. Your Tutor needs to open this link- Verify the details - Validate via OTP- & Onboarding Done. This is a one time activity that doesn't need to be done every time unless its a different tutor.
If I have made the Tuition fee payment now, when will my Tutor get the amount?

Although we try to process all payments as soon as possible, it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to reflect in your tutor’s bank account and statements(Reason can be onboarding pending, internal algorithm checks
Does NoBroker provide any cashback/rewards?

The cashback / rewards / miles are provided by your respective card issuing banks. NoBroker does not provide any cashback or rewards.
My Tutor is not Onboarded on Nobroker. Can I still pay my tuition fee?

Yes, you can pay tuition fee to any tutor using NoBroker but for the settlement of the payment tutor needs to be onboarded on NoBroker.
What happens if Tutor’s Onboarding is not completed?

In case your Tutor does not complete the onboarding process within 48 hrs, your payment will be refunded back to you after deducting the applicable Service Charges.
How can I change the tutor’s phone number if it’s entered incorrectly?

Unfortunately, the tutor’s phone number cannot be changed after the payment is made. Please ensure the details are entered correctly before proceeding.
Will I get a full refund if my payment is not valid?

Yes, NoBroker will refund your full payment (excluding the nominal processing fees) if it’s not a valid Tuition fee payment.
