RERA\u2019s intervention aims to ensure that the BDA follows the same transparency and accountability standards as private builders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the layout is registered the BDA will be required to provide key details &#8211; including approved layout plan, development progress, completion schedules and financial disclosures on the RERA portal. This will allow buyers to track updates and safeguard their rights under the law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Homebuyers groups have welcomed the decision, saying it marks a big step towards improving public trust in government-led housing projects.
