Further, the project is estimated to be launched during the current financial year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akshay Murali, Vice President &#8211; Business Development of Shriram Properties, said, \u201cNorth-East Bengaluru continues to emerge as one of the city\u2019s most promising residential growth corridors, supported by robust infrastructure upgrades, improving connectivity, and sustained end-user demand. The micro-market presents strong long-term potential owing to its strategic location and evolving social infrastructure.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shriram Properties Limited has expanded its market presence across South Indian cities, including Chennai, Coimbatore, and Visakhapatnam, as well as in East India. It has delivered 51 projects spanning a saleable area of 31.5 million square feet as of April, 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recent transactions in Bengaluru, Puravankara signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 11.23-acre land parcel in Doddagubbi with a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of \u20b91,100 Cr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, the Doddagubbi real estate market is experiencing major growth driven by institutional investments, infrastructure growth, and strong residential demand.
