Including flats, villas, plots, shops, office spaces, and other commercial properties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Further, the authorities have advised homebuyers and investors to verify project details and the financial capacity before investing in the real estate market. The authority advised that before deciding on the purchase of property, the buyer should not only make a decision based on advertisements, rumours, pressures, or any claims of immediate price increases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sources say the western zone accounts for the largest inventory with nearly 55% of the total stock, holding more than 60,000 units. The central zone holds about 35% with over 40,000 units, and the eastern zone holds over 15,000 units.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UP-RERA authority said, \u201cThese figures show that adequate availability of residential and commercial properties exists across major regions of the state.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The regulator said the available inventory indicates that buyers have sufficient options across regions and property categories, and current data doesn\u2019t show any shortages in the market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, the authorities said some promoters or agents may attempt to influence prospective buyers by claiming that prices are likely to rise or that available inventory will soon be exhausted. In those times, buyers are advised not to make bookings under such pressure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The authority said, \u201cAll necessary information is available on the RERA portal, which buyers can study before making a safer decision.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moreover, buyers are advised as market is subject to risk, and they should avoid being influenced by any false information or misleading advertisements.
