I bought a 2BHK in a project here last year. Lot of working professionals rent here. Maintenance is okay. Rental income is steady. Hospitals are a bit far for now, but private clinics are around.

I recently moved to Sector 37D for work. The sector is still developing, but it's peaceful and the rent is lower compared to central Gurgaon. Daily commute takes a bit of time, but manageable with cabs or bike.

We live here with our kids. Some schools are coming up nearby, but currently we send them to school in Sector 10, which takes 20–25 minutes. There are few clinics nearby, but big hospitals are far.

Sector 37D is a prime area in gurgaon..apartments and condos are very expensive but secure too..a lot of gated societies are here so infrastructure is also solid..you're close to tech parks but the public transport isnt strong so you have to compromise on metro

Well planned neighborhood for families but still developing. schools and hospitals are close but you need to travel 10-20 mins for better shopping and dining oprions.but potential of development is high and with metro expansion, it can blow up too
