Neral is peaceful and way calmer than many Mumbai places.rent is also super affordable. But its not ideal for long term staying though, its too far from the city centre

The place really feels like a haven for fresh air. no cnstant honking or dealing with traffic. infrastructure improving and has a way to go yet but its a nice place for quiet living

There are some township projects that have improved the living but still, the area lacks many social amenities like good hospitals and schools. Also the public transport is weak here

Neral is actually good for long term capital growth. If your goal is generating rental income and quick returns, this is not the place. its partially unorganized

Low pollution and rent is reasonable here. but it has no nightlife and limited social amenites which can feel very isolating

The area offers a simple and comfortable way of living with local markets and daily essentials nearby. Still, healthcare and entertainment options are fewer compared to larger city areas.

I find the environment refreshing and less crowded, which makes daily life peaceful. The neighborhood has a semi rural charm.
