There are a few probable reasons that I think that people don’t want to invest in Omicron scheme of Greater Noida. After looking knowing about Omicron, I could think of three reasons:
1. The returns on the investment is comparatively lower than expected and when compared to other localities of Delhi NCR.
2. The construction quality is quite poor yet the cost is high. Hence, people try to avoid investing in such properties.
3. Safety reasons - The area looks deserted after 9 PM so many people avoiding renting out a place here.
