When we got to know about 3 BHK offerings here, we decided to check out the project last week. The Mayfair Liv configuration has 2 and 3 BHK flats in Khar West. One of the things I personally liked was the features like the yoga room, swimming pool, bonfire area, kids play area, senior citizen deck, carrom and juice bar. So, there’s a lot when you think about the Mayfair Liv amenities. Although there’s one thing that we were a bit disappointed with and that is an area of the house. The 3 BHK has a carpet area of 1232 sq. ft., which is not bad for a 3 BHK, but given the price, we were expecting a bit more. As far as the Mayfair Liv possession date goes, the building’s superstructure is ready but the internal work is going on. We don’t have a proper date for gaining possession yet.

Hi Kunal. We went through quite a lot of Mayfair Liv reviews before deciding to visit the site. We were looking for 2 BHK homes in Mumbai and found this project pretty good according to our needs. There are only 4 apartments per floor and the Mayfair Liv address also suits us which is in Khar West. The Khar railway station is 1.4 km while the Santacruz railway station is only 2 km from here. The under-construction Coastal Road is within 1 km of the project, so connectivity is not an issue. Also, I like the fact that you can reach the International Airport with a 5 km drive.
We liked most of the aspects but wanted to check the Mayfair Liv RERA number to be sure of the legal approvals from MAHARERA. The project is listed on their website and the number is P51800034829.
When it comes to the Mayfair Liv price, it starts at Rs. 4.5 crores. It is somewhat over our budget, but compared to all other projects, we like this one the most. So, we are willing to stretch it a bit.

I bought an apartment at
Mayfair Liv only because of the provided facilities such as Mayfair Liv amenities. Whether it is the swimming pool, gym, gardens or indoor games everything is well maintained and nicely built. Mayfair Liv provides great connectivity to other areas of the city as well, even the airport is just 5.5 Kms away from the project. Santacruz railway station and Khar railway station are under 2 Kms, premier healthcare facilities are also located nearby. You are making a great decision choosing Mayfair Liv.

I visited Mayfair Liv when I was looking for apartments in Khar West and this is what I got to know about the project. Mayfair Liv unit size for 2 BHK starts from 758 Sq Ft and 3 BHk for 1040 Sq Ft. I found the apartments pretty decent and accessible to other parts of the city. It is also RERA approved under Mayfair Liv RERA number
P51800034829. Unfortunately I had to leave the country and I had no reason to stay. But, if you are looking for a property in Khar West, this might be a great fit for you.

Hello, It’s been a month since I moved here and I would like to share my Mayfair Liv review. Mayfair Liv unit configuration is of 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments and the minimum budget required here is of 4.75 crores. I chose this property because of the spacious room sizes, imported interior and unique architecture. My parents liked this project as well, the society is pretty vibrant and there is no compromise when it comes to security. We are having a great time here.
