Hi there,Let me share my experience regarding the Lodha Palava project. My uncle purchased a house 3 years ago and I have also stayed at his place a few times now. So, I can tell you that this project is perfect for people working from home, kids, and large families. The rent here is also very reasonable that other apartments. The place provides ample greenery and there are all types of amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, open terrace, etc. But there is so much traffic in the Palava region and you will face power cut issues at times if you don’t purchase an inverter. So, think twice before purchasing a property here.
