I have seen many people talking about Kalpataru Vivant. My friend wanted to purchase a property so he took me on this project. The project can definitely stir conversation since schools, colleges, malls, and stations are within 3 km. I have a 2 year old and looking at the Optimistic Kids Pre School I just felt it would be great if family was residing here. I was curious so I checked Google Maps and I saw that the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is only 6.1 km. if you are travelling to other cities quite often, this could be a perk for you. When I went to check out the Kalpataru Vivant project I was shocked. The place offers luxurious amenities such as gym, kids play area, swimming pool, indoor cafe, multi-purpose hall etc. What I noticed is the Senior Citizen Area. I want my parents to smile and have friends around after their retirement so I feel this place is perfect for them. There are also hospitals and medical stores within walking distance. So, I feel this place is perfect for all types of generations. This was my Kalpataru Vivant review.

Kalpataru Vivant is a project my sister wanted to check for a while. She and I finally went to visit the site and we are glad to say that the project promises what it delivers. The place has greenery and also the project offers good amenities. The infrastructure is also great so we can’t complain about anything. The field manager who took us to the place was friendly and generous. The project is RERA approved and has obtained APF number as well. So, with a decent eligibility criteria you can easily get a home loan if you invest in this project. The possession date of the project is 2026.
I was checking the details of the project online, floor plan of Kalpataru Vivant 1BHK & 2BHK and comparing them with other project in JVLR Mumbai. If you are interested in the project and others in this area

I looked the project on digital media offer was attractive but when reacehd it was totally opposite as all builder does. but shocking they have only covered with Patra and buldozor stand there. did not allowed to see the project at actual site which i wanted. just to front of Kalpataru Vivant a BIG GUTTER / NALA. very huge. i raised this point they said it will be beautified. oh they asking Rs. 1.50 cr and said gutter will be butified. also pls note they have segmented project in two land parcel. one for 1bhk bit away and for 2 & 3 bhk separate land parcel. i checked their time line with other project IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTED THEIR project is delayed by another 4year than timeline given. you can review google. looke their other project. BEWARE BEFORE THE INVEST IN IN ANDHERI JVLR project OH SORRY this is not in ANDHERI IT IS ACTUALLY IN JOGESHWARI. they selling in the name of Andheri for price hiked.
