Hi,Godrej Lake Gardensis the second stage of the Godrej Reflections project. The location, floor plan, and project quality are all excellent. However, a lawsuit is ongoing for a portion of this site. Because it occupied the Kaikondrahalli Lake Buffer Zone, this project was ruled illegal. Its demolition has been demanded by NGT. Due to this, the majority of banks have ceased to grant loans or disburse funds for loans that have already been approved. I made a booking for the first stage. Additionally, Godrej's customer service is appalling, and they have attempted to conceal this problem for a long time. Hey Guys,In this Godrej Lake Gardens review, I would like to mention a few pros and cons of the project. Brand, location, amenities, open space, overall design, and large glass utilisation to let in the most sunlight possible are all considered pros in my view.Cons:
Weird balcony layout for a three-bedroom home. Inside two projected walls is a balcony. It limits visibility and is unquestionably not a good design for a high-rise structure.
Due to legal concerns, SBI bank has not given its consent. (The good news is that Godrej is not concealing these facts, and the RERA website makes the specifics of the dispute available. After taking these cases into account, the RERA was approved. Therefore, I don't think these legal difficulties will be a show-stopper.
Although phase 1 was introduced a year ago, development seemed to have just begun.
I've given the cheque and blocked my unit.
