The floor design is very appealing, and of course, this project has fantastic amenities. I have no positives to say about Ambience Courtyard. It is a multi-storey project which is connected by one of the worst and narrowest roads. I feel bad for future residents who will have to wait in traffic for a very long time compared to the area's smaller roadways. You can view the actual extent of the roads if you drive 1 km on either side of the project. I have read a certain Ambience Courtyard review which said that the builder has occupied the 60-foot road. I am not going to invest in Ambience Courtyard ever.
I am soon going to invest in Ambience Courtyard. They have large balconies, reasonable prices, and adequate facilities. The ground floor's cellar concept is an excellent one. But I read certain Ambience Courtyard review which said that the builder is changing the plan without telling any buyers and this is a big thing to worry about. I do not like Ambience Courtyard only because of its location; otherwise, it is a good project. The only methods to approach this project are through the congested, small lanes of O.U. Colony and Tanasha Nagar, which is a significant disadvantage. This location is completely unsuitable for the high-rise flats like Ambience Courtyard. I have also read an Ambience Courtyard review which says that GHMC has sent them two notices for unauthorised construction. I suggest you do proper research before you invest in Ambience Courtyard.
