What are the Prestige Park Grove Reviews, Seegahalli, Bangalore?

A few months back, I visited the Prestige Park Grove address, Chikka Banahalli Rd, Whitefield, Sai Gardens, Kadugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067. This is an under construction project, and the expected Prestige Park Grove possession date is by December 2027. This luxurious project spans 19 towers, approximately 3,900 units. Locality is superb in terms of connectivity. The Kadugodi metro station is just 3.5 km from this project. I have booked a unit here, and I am excited for the possession.

Hi, As most of the Prestige Park Grove reviews are positive, I decided to visit this project last weekend. This property is notable for its well-ventilated, well-lit apartments because of the open space design and large balconies. Flats facing south in Tower 17 receive plenty of sunlight, while flats facing inside receive decent ambient light. 

Lower floors (below 12), however, may receive less sunshine because of the nearby towers. Also, this is a RERA registered project and the Prestige Park Grove RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/100823/006141. The main drawback, as per my opinion, is the small kitchen of the 3BHK units. Apart from this, I really liked the project and am planning to book a unit here. 

I am astonished by Prestige Park Grove amenities. They provide a variety of extraordinary amenities that caught my attention and they are:

I am all set to invest in a 2 BHK this year and will highly recommend others to have a property here.

After hearing a couple of Prestige Park Grove reviews, I really grew interested in this project and finally visited it last month. I absolutely loved it. Here are some specifications I liked the most:

• The Prestige Park Grove project area is huge. It is spread across 51.16 acres

• The project is RERA-approved and has no issues surrounding it as of now

• prestige park grove location is also great. It is located near EuroKids Preschool, Chikka Banahalli Road, Seegahalli

• This project will have 19 high-rise towers and 3627 apartments

• The Prestige Park Grove price list, I am aware of is between Rs 3.56 Crores and Rs 8.5 Crores

We are planning to book a 2 BHK here soon and if possible, shall share another review with your here.

I felt the apartments here to be quite expensive but after learning about the amenities, the prices seem worth it. I have the price list for the different types of apartments with me so let me just share them with you here:

• Prestige Park Grove 2bhk price starts from Rs 1.30 crore onwards

• Prestige Park Grove 3bhk price starts from Rs 2.22 crore onwards

• Prestige Park Grove 4bhk price starts from Rs 2.99 crore onwards

However since the Prestige Park Grove Possession date is late, December 2027, I am planning to wait till next year and check the project’s development. If all goes well, I will book a 2 BHK here.
