I did not check the price for others, but you can expect the rate to cross Rs. 1.1 crore for the 3 BHK from what I recall seeing in the brochure. There are 770 units with a total area spreading across 7.6 acres, so the space is a lot with several amenities outdoors.

So, my partner and I saw new flats here in NCC Urban and thought of checking them out. We were interested in the 2 BHK and quite liked it. The carpet area is decent, ranging from 684 to 765 sq ft. The area varies based on whether it is a west or an east facing one. The building has a G plus 15 floor configuration and the property is also RERA approved, so that is another plus.

Loved the amenities here, apart from the house itself. You have a swimming pool, gym, TT table, snooker, park, play area, chess, yoga and all. Around the place, you have several offices and it is close to OMR, so connectivity-wise, also, we were pretty happy. You can have a look if you are interested in 2- 3 BHK homes.
