What are the Jaydeep La Residency Reviews, Thane, Mumbai?

Hi, sharing my Jaydeep La Residency reviews with you all. I visited this project a few weeks back. The project is near my kid’s school, i.e., C.P. Goenka International School, Mumbai. It has great connectivity and a lot of modern amenities as well. Some of those are clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, indoor game room, yoga lawn, infinity pool, surface parking, etc. 

During my visit, I also asked about the Jaydeep La Residency price and unit configuration. A salesperson told me that the starting price was Rs. 89.00 Lakhs. I have added the unit configuration below.

After learning about all these, I bought a 3 BHK apartment.

The Jaydeep La Residency has great investment potential. This is because the property is quite near the Eastern Express Highway, which is just 6 minutes away. Besides that, it also has a few more key locations in the vicinity, such as Rainbow Pre-School (3 mins), Global Hospital (2 mins), DMart (2 mins), Inox at R Mall (4 mins), C.P. Goenka International School (5 mins). After learning about this, I visited the location to check the property and learned about the Jaydeep La Residency RERA number, which is P51700077151. I finally invested in a 2 BHK unit of 720 sq. ft. after this. 

Last week, I learned from my friend that a new project was being launched by the Jaydeep Group, which is the Jaydeep La Residency. I checked their website to learn about the Jaydeep La Residency possession date, which was in June 2028. After this, I visited the project location to gather more details. During the visit, an executive gave me a tour of their demo unit and told me that most of their units would be similar to this one. I found the demo unit to be quite spacious. He also told me that all of their apartments are Vastu compliant. Overall, I liked the unit size and location, so I have planned to book a 2 BHK apartment there.
