My visit to this project was around 2 weeks back when I came to know about it from an online ad. My first enquiry after visiting was about the Goodwill The Grand Residences possession date, which is December 2027. Since the date was so close, I was already half-ready to purchase an apartment here. A sales executive told me that this has good connectivity because of the nearby Western Express Highway (1 Min), Borivali Railway Station (7 Min), Bus Depot (5 Min), and Magathane Metro Station (2 Min). The nearest healthcare facility is the Municipal Hospital (5 Min). Because of all these reasons, I purchased a unit here.

I am pretty new to investment, and from a blog, I learned that it is necessary to check reviews of a project before doing so. I looked up a few Goodwill The Grand Residences reviews and learned quite a bit about it. I was pretty amazed after learning that they were providing vitrified tiles, designer main doors, designer tiles in bathrooms, etc. Apart from that, the project also has a mini theatre, gazebo seating, zen garden, etc amenities as well. I have looked up the Goodwill The Grand Residences address and have decided to visit the location this weekend.
