It is a well maintained society with a good open space to walk around. I would like to add to Gina Shalom reviews by sharing my experience of residing here. The house has modern interiros with proper fittings and a decent space. The society is around a decade old but the premises remain clean and you don’t feel like it is that old. Yes, there is a bit of an issue with brid droppings, but apart from that, the maintenance staff does a good job.
Gina Shalom address is on the Old Madras Road in KR Puram. The overall connectivity is nice with a bus stop 800 m away and the KR Puram Metro Station about 5 km away. There is Phoenix Marketcity 6 km from here, so the overall place is a good one in my view.

The apartments are great with good build quality and spacious units. There is a nice greenery spread around the society. The society is situated in a place such that you have easy access to to the main road which is a big thing if you are in Bengaluru. There is just one issue that is the traffic jam nea the Tin Factory junction, but can’t do much about it. If you are considering a home here, the Gina Shalom price list starts at around Rs. 8,650 per sq. ft., depending on the flat and the seller’s expectations.

We own a flat here and have been liking it well with all the amenities and features here. It has been a couple of years since we got the house through a resale deal. The house size is okayish, we would have preferred a little bigger rooms, but we’re managing. However, the rest of the things compensate for it. Good walking paths, green surroundings and amneiites like kids zone, barbeque zone, indoor games, car wash bay, etc make the living experience nice.
