Its possession date of March 2026 gives him enough time to plan his move. With 3 and 4 BHK units ranging from 1956 to 3068 sq. ft., the spacious homes feel perfect for a premium lifestyle. My bro said, the JRC Palladio price offers great value for such exclusivity, with only 213 units planned. For his flat it was Rs 2.6 Crore.

I visited the JRC Palladio location on Sarjapur-Attibele Road, and it’s perfectly placed for modern living. Being just 1.5 km from Sarjapur Road and close to Electronic City, commuting is a breeze. The upcoming Bommasandra Metro Station and Mumbai Highway (7.84 km away) make travel even easier. For families, the area has top schools like Oakridge International and excellent healthcare options, including Motherhood Hospital. The JRC Palladio address combines serenity with convenience, making it ideal for a balanced lifestyle. I won’t rate them as of now. But, once I got my flat, I will let you know.
