Being the capital of the country, Delhi and the surrounding areas are always in demand including for the real estate sector. Speaking about Gurgaon and Dwarka, Gurgaon is costlier than Dwarka. In Gurgaon, depending on the location of the flat, you can find a 2 or a 3 BHK flat between 1 to 1.5 crores. Whereas, in Dwarka, you will find a 3 to 4 BHK flat within 1.5 crores.
Another important factor you should be considering is that if you wish to move in immediately, Gurgaon is a better option because it has all the facilities as compared to Dwarka. Apart from this, if you want to stay near Delhi, Dwarka is a better option as it comes under Delhi.
I would suggest Gurgaon is a better option. Gurgaon is one of the planned cities and is looked after by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA). As it is under development (though the many localities are highly developed when compared to Dwaraka), there is always a scope for better infrastructure. You can also find many renowned schools & colleges, hospitals, food joints, malls and so on. You will find both basic amenities as well as leisure and entertainment options in Gurgaon. Apart from that, the rental value and return on the investment are higher as compared to Dwaraka.
We want to buy a flat in a society. Which will be a good option - Gurgaon or Dwaraka? Our budget is 1.5 CR.
