Pharande Spaces are one of the trusted builders in Pune and Vaarivana is one of their upcoming projects. The property price is comparatively high, but the construction and amenities are top class. Speaking about the area, the location is still underdeveloped. It will take a couple of years for any visible development to happen. However, I think, you will get good returns after 5 years. Its waste of money. we have bought a villa and even after 2.5 years and 80% payment made there is no visible progress and possession looks a distant possibility of more then year from now   if you have more 2 cr which you are willing to invest with a possession of 3 to 4 years, you may invest. The payment slabs are designed where in they may rcc structure and extract 80% money. They use the money for other structures and go at a snails pace for finishing.   waste of money. Better pay more and invest in a ready to move property. You would pay extra but interest cost on 1.6 cr for 2 years is much more then upfront premium.   avoid vaarivana, parande spaces, urse
