Should I worry about Vastu Compliance while buying flat?

Building a bathroom in other locations is said to bring negativity in the house. 5. If you have kids, the kids bedroom should be present at the north-east or the north-west zone. It is said that the absorbing power is more in this direction and it helps kids to concentrate on their studies.
