As far as I understand, you will have to apply for land conversion in the Andhra Pradesh area. You will have to
provide the details of your business including company registration documents, company ID, size of the business and nature of the property. Give the address of the property. The authorities will investigate your application and business. If the Municipal commissioner finds any discrepancies in your application, it can cause trouble otherwise, you’ll need to pay the conversion charges and other dues and the application will be taken forward for consideration.

My educational society constructed a five floored building to run a college by taking all the necessary permissions from municipal authorities . We enclosed the necessary plans by showing it as property of the society. But it was mentioned in the application that it is for residential purpose by the engineer.
