Hey, I want to tell you that last year MHADA Mumbai said it’ll take back around 100 open plots that had been offered to agencies and individuals for residential development, in a lottery scheme around three decades ago. They decided to take back these plots due to the failure to carry out any development on these spaces for the past three decades. So, I think you should create a house on the MHADA plot just to make sure they don’t take back your plot. However, I suggest you call MHADA’s helpdesk to confirm the same: 022-66405000/91-9869988000 Read more: What documents are required for MHADA Lottery What is the MHADA Ownership Transfer Process How to fill MHADA lottery form What is the MHADA eligibility and application process
