Hi,Are you asking about the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana scheme? If you are talking about it then unfortunately, you can’t apply for PMAY. The scheme clearly states that any individual who applies for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana must not have a pucca house built in their name (neither can any family member own a pucca house of the same family). It also says that the benefits of PMAY will not be given on an already built property. If you are asking about any other scheme, reply here. Maybe I will be able to help you better.
