Banks accept shops for ATM installation in the commercially busy areas to ensure that there are multiple transactions in a day. Usually, banks release notifications if they wish to get a space on lease for banking service such as an ATM or kiosk. There are certain conditions which are required to be fulfilled, these are:
The surface area for ATM installation is 60-100 sq. ft.
The ceiling of the property should be made of concrete for the bank set up installation.
There should not be any legal dues or pending payments related to the property.
You should have NOC from relevant authorities.
You can approach the bank with an application to give a shop on rent for an ATM if these conditions are fulfilled. Along with the application, attach the following documents:
Sale deed
Tax receipts
EC
NOC from municipal authorities with written permission for ATM installation
