Currently, the TNRERA is also acting as a regulatory body for Andaman & Nicobar Islands since they do not have a regulatory body of their own. That’s why TNRERA hears the complaints about projects based in Andamans.

Being a vigilant investor or homebuyer, if you want to check the compliance of any project based in Andamans or Tamil Nadu, all you have to do is follow this process:
Go to the online portal of TNRERA
Tap on the ‘Registrations’ tab
After that, click on ‘Projects’, then on ‘Registered Projects’ and then on Tamil Nadu or Andaman.
Choose the relevant year
After that, you will see the full information about projects registered in that particular year.
