3. After that, you will receive the OTP on your registered mobile phone, just enter it in the textbox and click on the “Verify OTP” button
4. Now go to the “Click here to Login” hyperlink, enter your credentials, and click the “Login” button
5. Select your taluk and district and then click on the “Update” button
6. Click on the “Service Wise” option, type “legal” in the search box, and click on the “REV-114 Legal Heir Certificate” option
7. After that, read all the instructions carefully and click on the “Proceed” option
8. Now, click on the “Register CAN” option and fill in the details in the CAN registration form
9. Click on the “Generate OTP” option to get the OTP
10. Enter the received OTP and click on the “Confirm OTP” button and then click on the “Register” option.
11. Write down the CAN number and click on the “Proceed” button
12. Click on the “Submit” button to submit your application
13. After that, the submitted application will be reviewed by the concerned department

1. Go to the Tahsildar office.
2. Obtain the legal heir application form at a cost of Rs. 60. You can also download it online.
3. Enter all the details mentioned in the form. In the first form details of the applicant must be provided. In the second form, the applicant should mention 10 references for verification.
4. Obtain the signature of the VAO along with the presence of the legal heirs.
5. After the VAO has signed the document it will be submitted to the Revenue inspector for verification. 
6. The applicant must submit the RI and VAO form to the Tahsildar office and obtain the token number.
7. After getting the token number Tahsildar will issue the Varisu certificate. It usually takes 16 days to obtain the legal heir certificate in TamilNadu.

• Login with your registered Username, Password, and Captcha Code.
