I do not regret buying property in Bangalore.

Bangalore , being the IT hub of INDIA, investing in property here is a decision I am happy about.

The IT, ITeS and startup sectors have very much flourished in Bangalore in recent years resulting in more real estate business to the state and to the country. Foreign investors have invested crores and crores of rupees in the stock market in this city. As a result of all these factors Karnataka special Bengaluru will still see more investment in the near future from NRIs. With the development at such a rapid pace, there is ultimately going to be an increase in the employment opportunities and heavy influx of people from all parts of the country are going to come to this city to try their luck. Co-working, co living and senior living have now become the latest trends in the real estate sector here. Because of rapid progress made, there is a major whole new group of people who is interested in rental homes with amenities and services. As a result the demand is increasing day by day. Educational institutions have developed at a very fast pace and students are travelling from far and near to pursue education in Bangalore. They are a major target for rental homes.

Good development in social infrastructure compliments real estate in a great manner. Having a property in Bangalore is very beneficial because the rates are booming day by day.

An initiative by the government to reduce GST on affordable housing to 1% and that under construction property is to 5% has helped the real estate sector. The reduction in the stamp duty will also help in more demand and investment in the property in Bangalore. Builders are coming up with projects to supplement the ever increasing demand.

In such a scenario, investment in property in Bangalore is something I feel I am lucky about. Even in future if I plan to sell my flat, I am definitely going to earn in heaps and bounds.

And the other option being renting out, is also going to be profitable for me.

To sum up, I am very glad about my decision to buy a property in this IT city.

No, I don't regret buying a house in Bangalore. When I see people struggling in this COVID lockdown, I realized the importance of owning your own home. Friends of mine who are living in rented houses are not at peace (especially if the landlord is staying in the same building). They need to worry so much about safety and security, yet they don't have the power to make any decision in the society as they are not owners. A friend of mine, who stays in a rented house with family told me that their landlord decides if they can step out of their homes or have guests or not in owning to Covid situation.
