Banjara Hills and Ameerpet area are one of the posh areas in Hyderabad. The rent is generally on the higher side as these localities is a well-established commercial as well as residential areas. There are a few big malls, good education facility and is very well developed.
The rent for 1 BHK in these areas is around 12-15K per month. However, you can find a 1 BHK flat with a little lower rent in areas like Sri Ramnagar Colony, Khaja Nagar and Naveen Nagar.
Firstly I want to say is Hyderabad is one of the Top most city in real estate.The Banjara Hills and the Ameerpet Areas are one of the high populated areas in Hyderabad.These two areas are well developed areas.There are different malls , Top educational institutes are in ameerpet area.https://9roads.in/
