Their service is really good, and they do provide the service at lowest cost. Service offered was from Annapoorna cargo packers and movers . I have always appreciated their services. They assign us a relationship manager who takes care of everything and is like a one stop solution for us. The only issue I always face with them is that when we want to reach out to the relationship managers, there is no direct contact number. We are asked to wait until someone picks the call and then this ‘someone’ could be any relationship manager. Then we need to explain them that we have been assigned a relationship manager and then we get a call in next few hours from the assigned manager.
Except this minor issue, their service is top class. The relationship managers are really helpful and nice. They make you feel like you are really valuable to them.
I have used their services twice (for finding flat and then moving there) and I must say that they are really good at what they do.

Reliable service during covid situation Shifting during covid is always a difficult job Unless you have packers & movers from Nobrokers. My recent shifting was with Nobrokers Packers & movers to move my goods locally in hyderabad in a radius of 14kms. We were assigned Annapurna Packers & Movers by Nobroker. The previous day, I got a call from Ms. Pooja from Nobroker reconfirming the shifting. On the day of the shifting, I got a call from Ms. Pooja checking if everything was in order. The Cargo team visited on the stipulated date at the stipulated time. They were friendly, with the right attitude and did the job diligently with no hurry. All the things mentioned in the Nobroker quotation was honored and we were satisfied. I was supported very well by Ms. Pooja from Nobroker. I highly appreciate Nobroker for their keen support in addressing such customer grievances, leading to customer delight. Regarding No Broker Relocation: The workers who came to our house were really good however if their manager was a bit more courteous and communicative, the experience would have been tension free and wholesome.

Recently I used the service provided by nobroker for Packers and movers. Jaffer spoke to me very softly and explained everything very calmly. He understood my urgency and was able to handle the situation well. He collected the inventory details very patiently and also was able to adjust my schedule. It was overall a smooth transition. Generally packing and moving will be filled with tension, but for me, this time, I was surprised that they were able to hold on to their promise for next day delivery itself. Dismantling cot during loading and fixing cot during unload was pleasant experience as it saved me time. I recommend Jaffer as your movement manager who will take care of overall process
