This latest acquisition comes as part of the Three Sixty West project, a high-end residential development by Oberoi Realty on Dr. Annie Besant Road. According to reports, the sprawling apartment occupies a prime position on the 24th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The expansive living space measures a significant 6,176 square feet, providing ample room for Shahid Kapoor and his family. The property reportedly includes three dedicated car parking spaces for added convenience.

Back in 2018, the actor along with his wife Mira Kapoor, purchased a duplex apartment situated on the 42nd and 43rd floors of the same building.
